Sound Works Job Center – Established 1988
We provide one-on-one employment assistance to all unemployed individuals, especially Veterans, and help employers find qualified employees. Clients are assisted in writing professional resumes and cover letters, including Federal resumes for the local naval bases. We also provide one-on-one professional interview training, career counseling and criminal background checks. We normally have an average of over 1,400 open jobs located in Kitsap County in our office at any given time. All of our services are free to both employees and employers.

45 years and going strong! PENINSULA SERVICES is a non-profit agency in Kitsap County, WA. organized in 1971 to provide life enriching experiences for persons with disabilities. From our volunteer Board of Directors, our CEO, to our employees and the participants we serve, we are all proud to be part of Peninsula Services. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to introduce our agency to you—a lot has happened since we opened our doors -there have been many changes, not only to the programs, but how our services have become a vital part of the Kitsap community. Everything we do focuses on Our Mission: To provide community based job training and employment opportunities to adults with disabilities.
