Westsound Business Expo
Held in February, this annual business expo offers a place to meet over 150 local businesses, enjoy business and marketing seminars and speed networking. Viking Fest – Third weekend in May
This annual event celebrates Poulsbo’s proud Norwegian heritage.  A variety of entertainment is scheduled along with local artisans and restaurants that have booths each day of the festival.  The Viking Village focuses on the way of life for Vikings in 1500 A.D. and is a must see!  The Viking Fest Parade awes young and old alike with creative floats, local marching bands, and impressive military entries.  For more information call 360-697-7450 or visit www.vikingfest.org

Viking Fest Road Run
This annual event is held in conjunction with other Viking Fest celebrations.  Sponsored by the City of Poulsbo’s Parks and Recreation Department the race features a 5-mile course, a 1-mile course, and Kid’s Dashes.  For more information, call 360-779-9898 or www.cityofpoulsbo.com then check out the special events in the Parks and Recreation section.

Viking Tour
The Viking Tour is a group bicycle ride, presented by Poulsbo Rotary Club, on the Kitsap Peninsula which takes place on the Sunday of Viking Fest Weekend.  The tour starts and finishes in historic Poulsbo, with three different lengths for all riding levels:  65 miles, 35 miles, and 3 miles.  Learn more at www.poulsbovikingtour.com, or call 360-633-0828.

Medieval Faire in Port Gamble, WA

St. Hans (Mid-Sommerfest)

Poulsbo 3rd of July

Old Mill Days

In conjunction with the Fourth of July, come out and celebrate the Fourth of July weekend in Port Gamble. This brand new festival is already boasting that it will be Kitsap County’s best fireworks display, with shows on Friday and Saturday. Muddy Paw Dog Agility
“MudPACK (Muddy Paws Agility Club of Kitsap) hosts a North American Dog Agility Council (NADAC) and sanctioned trial in the middle of July, and a sanctioned trial for dogs of all breeds and mixed breeds in Port Gamble, WA. The obstacles, including jumps, weave poles, teeter-totter, A-frame, tunnels, and dog walk, are grouped into courses for various levels of competition. Pre-registration is required to compete but spectators are more than welcome. www.mudpack.org

Chief Seattle Days
A three-day festival held by the Suquamish Indian Tribe in August.  A Salmon bake, Indian Art, Canoe and Foot races, Pow-Wow, Traditional Indian dancing and a special memorial service to Chief Seattle.  Held in Suquamish, WA. For further information visit www.suquamish.org.

Cruise Port Gamble

Annual Poulsbo-North Kitsap Rotary Auction
The auction is held at the Sons of Norway Lodge.  The money that is raised at this exciting annual auction helps fund local programs that give back to the community!  There are many treasures to bid on from special trips to local services.

Halloween Trick or Treat in Poulsbo
Watch out for ghosts, goblins and witches roaming the streets of Historic Downtown Poulsbo looking for candy treats from local merchants.  For the safety of the children, Front Street will be closed from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.  Enjoy live music and a fun and safe atmosphere for the kids.

Julefest  – Poulsbo’s Historic Downtown & Sons of Norway Lodge

Lighted Ships Parade
