We are a small cafe/deli located in the twelve trees business park. We offer breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday 7AM-3PM. We also have a line of frozen meals that are made in-house, packaged and ready for customers to purchase and take home to bake. We offer catering services as well. The Cafe is available for dine in as well as take out.
Hot Shots Java is a family owned and operated coffeehouse located in beautiful and historic downtown Poulsbo. Opening in 2003, Hot Shots Java has become a favorite in the community and has been voted Best Coffee and Baristas in North Kitsap for more than 8 years. All of our coffee is organic, fair trade and custom roasted exclusively for us by a local roaster. We choose the highest quality ingredients to pair with our coffee. We strive to give back to the community by utilizing local vendors & suppliers as well as supporting Fishline (our local food bank) and our local schools.

The journey to this path was not smooth nor was it easy. Their strong work ethic, passion, and drive stem from what they experienced through the Vietnam War, as well as living in refugee camps with their children. Their perseverance and strength have gifted them with this dream. A dream that started long ago with the couple’s desire to not only create a better life for their family, but to bring forth the best authentic Vietnamese food to a foreign land.
