CHAMBER POLICIES
LUNCHEON FEES
If you RSVP in advance, your luncheon fee will be $17.00. Please
RSVP no later than
9a.m. the Friday before the luncheon.
If you are a walk in, RSVP later than the cut off time or are a no-show for the luncheon you will be charged $25.00.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your RSVP for the luncheon, you must do
so no later than the Friday before the luncheon by 9 a.m. to avoid being charged.
Anyone wishing to cancel
after that time will be charged accordingly - $25.00. No shows who have submitted an RSVP will be billed $25.00.
For each luncheon we must provide the caterer/venue a head count
to ensure we have sufficient meals. Your RSVP’s are essential for
an accurate count and having enough food. Those counts are required in advance.
NEWSLETTER DEADLINES
Be sure to e-mail or fax us your member events and news for the
Newsletter by the 15th of
the month.
Newsletter Inserts: RESERVATIONS REQUIRED!
Reserve your space for newsletter inserts prior to the 15th of
the month. We will be using a quick link to your insert in the new electronic newsletter.
WEEKLY UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENTS
If you would like to announce an event in the “Weekly Update” please
email it to the
Administrator no later than 10a.m. on Wednesday. It is a fantastic
way to network; this “update”
is received by over 400 email recipients.
Please remember that any endorsement from The Greater Poulsbo
Chamber of Commerce
will be announced in advance. To inquire on any publications
claiming to be endorsed by
